Who Are We?

We are the Los Angeles County, Department of Children and Family Services, Torrance Regional Office!  This Website will provide information to the public about our efforts and successes in helping children and families in the area that we encompass.

We are proud that we have implemented the Family to Family Initiative in the Torrance Office!

The F2F initiative was developed by the Annie E. Casey Foundation to help children and families involved in the child welfare system.

Los Angeles County DCFS and the Torrance Regional Office are serious about improving outcomes for Children and Families in our community.
